We provide the classic automatic stop-cylinder screen press with max. speed up to 4,000 sheets/hour, which can compete with world famous brand like Sakurai and SPS. And the semi-automatic and 3/4 automatic flat-bed screen press are also available for short run jobs. LC-1050XH is newly designed specially for making snow effect on cigarette and wine packing cases, which also can be used with full automatic screen press or other equipments. It also can be used for drying, dehumidifying and curing other special UV ink of screen printing, dyeing, electroplating and electron circuit board etc.
1. Three groups of UV lamps are independently. Three choice for t he UV intensity separately. The digital meter shows the intensity and life timely.
2. Two groups of conveying system are independent, convey belt speed frequency controlled, the highest speed can be up to 60m/minutes.
3. Three groups of lamps have independent heat removal system, equipped two groups of adsorption.
4. It has conveyor belt rectify a deviation system with adsorption; adopt imported "TEFION" belt.

Unwind and infeed section – The roll of stock must be held under control so the web can unwind as needed.
Printing section – Single color station including the fountain, anilox, plate and impression rolls.
Drying station – High velocity heated air, specially formulated inks and an after-dryer can be used.
Outfeed and rewind section – Similar to the unwind segment, keeps web tension controlled.
1. Fountain roller
The fountain roller transfers the ink that is located in the ink pan to the second roller, which is the anilox roller. In Modern Flexo printing this is called a Meter or "metering" roller.
2. Anilox roler
This is what makes flexography unique. The anilox roller meters the predetermined ink that is transferred for uniform thickness. It has engraved cells that carry a certain capacity of inks that can only be seen with a microscope. These rollers are responsible to transfer the inks to the flexible-plates that are already mounted on the Plate Cylinders.
