Usage:

This machine is specially used for gluing PVC and PET shrink film materials into roll-shaped packaging material, which are used for varies labels of mineral water bottle, beverage bottles and other daily packaging products

Feature:

1: unwinding tension adopt 2.5kg magnetic powder brake

2: PLC auto tension control

3: EPC precision +-0.1mm max, tracing line speed 25mm/s, moving range+-70mm

4: unwinding shaft adopt air shaft 3 inch

5: The traction steel roller diameter and width 90*320mm, surface chromium plated and fine finished

6: traction rubber roller diameter and width 90*320, the material is PU

7: steel roller clutch adopt both side pneumatic at the same time, cylinder diameter 50*20mm stroke, air pressure can be adjusted freely

8: rewinding shaft adopt 3 inch air shaft

9: rewinding part adopt independent motor and magnetic powder to control
