BZJ series Fully automatic flute laminating machine

Characteristics:

  • BZJ automatic flute laminating machine adopts chain pusher and back registion system with spring side guage and bottom vacuum system, so widely paper use, high precision, easy operate, easy maintenance.
  • The anilox gluing roll center crowning design, gluing more even, improve adhesion strength, save produce cost.
  • Balance-test steel roll with tight assembling technique, machine more stable, main transmission part adopt timing best and tooth belt to improve machine run precision, reduce noise.
  • Automatically recycle gluing, PLC control glue amount, save labor.
  • It adopts feeder system, feed paper fast, famous electrical parts, such as Schneider, Panasonic
  • All material are inspected according to ISO-9001 standard, good quality, durability. The key part such as harmonic gear and bearings are imported.
  • Bottom paper: A,B,C,D,E,F flute 3ply and 5ply cardboard or hardboard.
