Function and Characteristics:

Folder gluer is the last process equipment of carton making, it is used to produce 3 and 5-layer corrugated cartons (for 7ply cartons is customized). Machine with high efficiency, glue consumption is low, product cost is 10times less than stitching. Produce carton beautiful and stable. Easy operation, save power and labor, running smoothly. Structure of machine

1. Feed table

  • Photoelectric control the height of table, reduce labor and improve work efficiency.

2. Press correction

  • After gluing go into press part, adhesion smooth and firm.
  • Equipped automatic correction device to enure the carton size is correctly, and effectively avoid knife and fork problem.
  • Equipped Fan to dry the glue fast.
  • Automatic counter with sensor, when reaching to the set height, send out cartons automatically.
