Description

Flexo Corrugated Printing Slotting Machine With Folder Gluer Carton Machine

Instruction:

1. The machine consists of feeding unit, printing unit, slotting unit and die-cutting unit. It can print, slot, die-cutting for corrugated cardboard.

2. Wall body thickness 40mm-50mm, material HT250, after second quenching finished by CNC lather, with high strength and precision

3. Transmission gear is helical gear with low noise and high precision, treated with high frequency heating and grinded. Automatic recycle lubrication.

4. Gear material is 45# steel with high-frequency heating and grind. Used shrink dish to connect gear and roller.

5. Famous bearing from Wanxiang group

6. Variable frequency motor drive machine, Delta VFD adjust, Delta PLC control and siemens contactor.
