Flexo Corrugated Fruit Carton Box Three Color Printer Slotter Rotary Die Cutter

Performance of the main mechanisms:

Designed According the high request and the reliable function,the operation of the machine is humanization,can accomplish the setting,revision, implement, replacing and memories function in a shot time,and display with a exact data.

All the drive rollers adopted high quality steel materials,hard chromium plating and the surface treated by lapping finish.

The drive gears adopt high quality alloy steel,after heat treatment and lapping finish.

The main drive roller adopt keyless connect,decrease the connection gap, guarantee the printing precision.

Lubricate oil automatic balance device,keep the equal oil level equal in each unit.

The machine adopt PLC control,with"automatic zero return"and"memories"function.

use sun feeder for feed the cardboard.

Customer can chose use steel anilox roller or ceramic roller,the lines of the anilox roller ac so can be chose accord the customer use

Function of feeding department:

1adopt sun feeder,wind absorbing auxiliary paperboard feeding,can make the cardboard feed adoringly.The volume of the wind can be adjusted accord the camber of the paperboard.

Start protecting device of the main motor,when the machine platform not been locked,the main motor can not running.

2 Continuous and skip cardboard feeding,counting device is install.

3Double rubber roller for feeding ,the rubber roller have slot for prevent the overlarge pressure.

4 The feeding roller is rubber with cylinder cushioning device,precise feeding,with not detector the hardness of the cardboard when the feeding space is small.

5 The side baffles adopt electrical control with date display.(here can add automatic pneumatic aligning device),the back baffle box adopt electric adjustment ,the front baffles space is synchronous manual adjustment.

6 Brush dust-removal equipment with dust-absorption blower,can adjust the wind volume accord the cardboard size.

7 Each unit is electric moving left and right with warning bell,make sure the operator safe.

8 Electronic counter be sure for setup the production quantity ,when complete the production quantity ,automatic warning.(if chose the touch screen control,the touch screen will display the production quantity)
