Description

Helix Knife Crosscut Machine Single NC Cut-Off

Function and features:

1. It adopts high quality AC servo motor, “KEB” servo driver from Germany, colorful touch screen.

2. PLC reserve groups of orders, HMI with 10 inch colorful screen displays production status; it can see, modify, add and cancel orders any time.

3. Main motor is out of machine, it adopts diaphragm coupling to connect main motor and main drive gear shaft.

4. The drive gear is made of 40Gr steel be quenched and tempered, surface be grined, gapless structure, spray lubrication.

5. The precise adjsutable gapless gear ensures accurate mesh, running balance.

6. The machine adopts helix serrated knife, reduce the resistance during cutting, low noise.

7. It adopts high speed steel plate blade with high hardness abd long using life.

8. Cutter shaft: high quality carbon steel roller be quenched and tempered, do dynamic balance with good stability.

9. Before and after feeding paper adopt frequency converter driven synchronous belt transmission adopts sun feeder press the paper, smooth delivery, uniform pressure, prevent destroy the cardboard or not smooth for delivery.

10. It adotps independent oil pump spread over supply oil, lubrication every gear.

11. Double gear superposition type backlash eliminator

12. Keyless locking device(power-lock) is adopted for Gear of knife and shaft connection, hard stable.
