RS4 chain feeding carton machine rotary slotter box machine

Function and usage:

The rotary slotting machine is a combination equipment, it can perform slotting,corner cutting, slitting, creasing one time, Its main characteristics of hand feeding single cardboard, all of corrugated cardboard is ok.

• Feeding table adopts chain style manual feeding paper.

• Slot blade phase adopts 360°electronic position and negative turn slightly adjust,blade axes treatedby rigidity chroming electroplate,and nicety grinding ,firmness durable .

• Gear lubricate ,adopt spout out style cys. Reduce noise,prolong gear using life .

• Can matched stiletto equipment .

The machine bottom knife shaft and pressing line wheel knife shaft with eccentric crosshead shoe adjustment, can through three, five, seven layer paperboard spacing adjust pressure.

• Blades and crease lines Combined moved left and right.

• Transmit gear adopt no clearance coopperation ,debase gear dajust eorr.

• Gear adopt concentrate feed oil lubricate ,debase machine noise ,prolong the use-time.
