Operation Principle

It is mainly composed of jaw crusher, ball mill, classifier, magnetic separator, flotation machine, thickener, dryer, etc. It can be combined with feeders, elevators and conveyors to form a complete ore processing production line. The produced ore is initially crushed by a jaw crusher. After being crushed to an appropriate fineness, it is fed evenly into the ball mill through the elevator and feeder. The ore is crushed and ground by a ball mill. The fine ore produced by the ball mill enters the next step: classification. The spiral classifier selects and classifies mixed ores based on the principle of different solid particle specific gravity and different liquid sedimentation speed. When the cleaned and classified mineral mixture passes through the magnetic separator, the magnetic materials in the mixture will be separated by magnetic and mechanical forces due to the different specific magnetic coefficients of various minerals. The electromagnetic separator preliminarily separates the mineral particles into the flotation machine. According to the different characteristics of the minerals, different drugs are added to separate the minerals. Because it contains a lot of water, a thickener must be used for preliminary concentration and then a dryer Dry, dry minerals.
