Operation Principle

It is composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, sand making machine, vibrating screen and belt conveyor. The materials fall into the high-speed rotating impeller vertically from the upper part of the machine. Under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, they collide and crush with another part of the materials which are distributed around the impeller in the form of umbrella. After the materials collide with each other, they will form a vortex between the impeller and the casing. They will collide and rub with each other for many times, and then they will be directly discharged from the lower part, forming a closed-circuit circulation Ring, controlled by the screening equipment to achieve the required size of the finished product.
