Introduction

Concentrator is generally used for concentrate concentration and dehydration of tailings before filtration in dress plants to concentrate the ore pulp with concentration of 20-30% to concentration of 40-70%. It is widely used for concentration and purification of slurry containing solid materials in industries of ore dressing, metallurgy, chemical industry, coal, construction materials, and source water and wastewater treatment, etc.

The ore pulp is fed in by the ore tube, and the ore pulp that freely settles in the rake area is further concentrated by the pressure of the scraper, and is gradually scraped by the rake to the center of the pool, and discharged into the next layer of the pool by gravity from the discharge port. The clear water enters the bottom of the pool through the distribution box. The lower layer carries out the final washing of the material, the overflow of the lowest layer returns to the distribution box and enters the second layer to wash the material, and the overflow of the second layer returns to the distribution box to enter the first layer to wash the material, and the overflow of the first layer passes through The overflow weir is discharged, and the three-washed material is discharged through the bottom.
