Mining Thickener ZG Peripheral Transmission Mud Scraper Tailings Treatment Machine

Introduction

Mainly used for sludge discharge in large radial flow primary sedimentation tanks and secondary sedimentation tanks. It is especially suitable for the removal of biological sludge with a lighter specific gravity. It has minimal disturbance to the water flow and has a good sludge discharge effect. There is also a mud volume regulating valve to adjust the mud volume to adapt to the mud volume under various conditions. The siphon mud discharge may also be used to control the mud volume.

Peripheral drive mud scraper is a double (single) peripheral drive of the center pier, which has a large transmission torque and energy saving. Adopt the central water inlet and sludge drainage, and the peripheral drainage to ensure uniform water flow, and use the self-priming sludge drainage of the liquid level difference.

Peripheral drive mud scraper is mainly composed of a driving mechanism, a main beam, a central rotating support, a deflector, a mud scraping system, a slag hopper and a washing mechanism, an articulated slag scraper, a slag skimmer, a skimmer, and a water outlet triangle. It is composed of board, scum baffle, control box and other components.

Working Principle

Through the deceleration drive and the transmission of the suspended components, the sludge is scraped and collected by the scraper to the central sludge collecting tank, and discharged out of the tank by hydrostatic pressure or a pump.
Adopt the middle water inlet and sludge drainage, and the peripheral drainage to ensure uniform water flow. Self-priming sludge discharge using liquid level difference, scum scraping and removing device and overload protection device.

Maintenance
In the process of using the peripheral drive mud scraper, we must pay attention to daily maintenance, so that it can cooperate with the sand dryer to a great extent, ensure the production volume and efficiency, and extend the service life of the equipment.

(1) Lubricating oil should be regularly applied to transmission parts such as bearings, gears and chains.

(2) After the box delivery machine is out of service, check the wear of the spiral blades, and repair welding when the wear is serious.

(3) The conveying volume must not be overloaded, otherwise the material will not be discharged, causing the screw shaft to bend and the box to swell.

(4) When the conveying medium has a high degree of depression, pay attention to whether the expansion and contraction of the box body is free and there is no stuck place, and if there is any, solve it quickly.

(5) When the conveyor is running and the noise is harsh, the cover should be checked to eliminate the fault.
