Introduction
Thickener is generally used for concentrate concentration and dewatering of tailings before thickener filtration. The slurry concentration can be concentrated from a thinner state to a thicker degree, from 20-30% to 40-70%. It is widely used for concentration and purification of solid material slurry in beneficiation, coal, building materials and other industries.
ZG peripheral mud scraper mainly includes steel beam, overflow weir, transmission device, steady flow cylinder, central mud tank, mud discharge tank, mud scraper, mud suction device, Scum Collection and discharge facilities, power transmission and gas transmission device, etc.
The water to be treated enters from the inlet pipe of the central pipe, flows into the sedimentation tank through the steady flow pipe, and then diffuses and settles around. The clean water flows out of the overflow weir at the side of the pool, and the sediment is concentrated to the suction port by the scraper. The compressed air disturbs the mixing, increases oxygen and increases the activity of sludge. According to the principle of connecting pipe, the sludge at the bottom is sucked into the sludge discharge tank through the water level difference and discharged into the central pipe sludge discharge pipe through the siphon. At the same time, the scum in the tank is collected by the scraper and discharged out of the tank through the slag bucket.
