Features

It is composed of driving device, downward swept agitating impeller, arc complex surface, guiding device and cell body parts.

The rotation of downward swept agitating impeller makes the ore pulp circulate in "w" type under the function of guiding device of arc complex surface set at the bottom of the cell. The flow regime is mainly in axial direction, agitation strength is strong, there is no dead angle within the cell and pulp is agitated uniformly.

Main Applications:

Suitable for slurry (solid particle size < 1.0mm, specific gravity < 4.7, concentration < 70% (by mass)), strong mixing, no settlement, low power consumption and long service life of mixing impeller. It is widely used for slurry preparation in concentrators, hydrometallurgical plants and some light chemical industries.
