Ultrasonic Type Fuel Flow Meter / Flow Indicator / Water Flow Switch
Introduction
The ultrasonic water meter is an innovative water measuring device capable of detecting time differences resulting from changes in speed as ultrasonic beams propagate downstream and countercurrent in water. It analyzes and processes the water flow rate to further calculate the water discharge.
The KACISE KUHM2000 series ultrasonic water meter incorporates cutting-edge non-magnetic technology, offering high precision, stable operation, easy maintenance, robust corrosion resistance, long service life, an aesthetically pleasing design, safety, and affordability. It finds broad applications in industrial process measurement and control, serving as a reliable alternative to mechanical flowmeters to enhance measurement accuracy and reliability. The meter comes in three sensor types for measuring pipe flow: clamp-on type, insertion type, and inline pipe type. Additionally, it can measure heat if a temperature sensor is added. An optional SD card feature allows for the storage of a large quantity of data.
Insertion Type:
Only two installation holes required on the pipe for sensor installation.
No-stop-flow installation achieved using the hole-making tool.
Sensors directly contact the fluid, ensuring stable and reliable measurements.
Clamp On Type:
Sensors clamp onto the outside of pipes without contacting the internal liquid.
All models can function as energy meters when connected to temperature sensors.
KUF2000 Series Clamp On Ultrasonic Flowmeter allows easy installation without cutting off the pipe or water, minimizing pressure loss.
Supports long-term online measurements.
Wide range of liquid flows can be measured with the sensor clamped on the pipe.
Inline Pipe Type:
For DN15-32mm pipes, π shape inline pipe sensor is used.
For DN40 and above, standard inline pipe sensor is used.
Inline sensors offer advantages such as low starting flow rate, high measurement accuracy, and no pressure loss.
