Introduction

The Ultrasonic Clamp On External Pipe Flow Meter, also known as the Clamp On Water Flow Meter, is an innovative and highly efficient device. It utilizes ultrasonic technology to measure the flow rate of fluids within a pipe without the need for direct contact or pipe cutting. This non-invasive design significantly reduces installation time and costs. It is suitable for a wide range of applications, including water supply systems, industrial cooling circuits, and HVAC systems. The meter offers accurate and reliable readings, even in pipes with varying diameters and fluid viscosities. Its compact and durable construction ensures long-term performance and easy maintenance, making it an ideal choice for both small-scale and large-scale fluid flow measurement needs.

Insertion type: Only two installation holes are needed on the pipe, user can install the insertion type sensors. By using the hole making tool, the no stop flow installation can be realized. Sensors contact to the fluid directly, the measurement is stable and reliable.

Inline pipe type: DN15-32 pipes uses π shape inline pipe sensor, DN40 and above uses standard inline pipe sensor. The inline sensors has the advantages of low starting flow rate, high measurement accuracy and no pressure loss.
