Introduction
The KUF2000 series ultrasonic water flow meter is a reliable solution designed for long-term field measurements. It offers flexibility with three types of sensors to measure pipe flow: clamp on type, insertion type, and inline pipe type. Additionally, this flow meter can measure heat when equipped with a temperature sensor, providing comprehensive data for various applications. An optional SD card feature allows for the storage of large quantities of data, ensuring efficient monitoring and analysis.
Clamp On Type: This sensor type clamps onto the outside of pipes without direct contact with the internal liquid. All models can function as energy meters when connected to temperature sensors. The KUF2000 Series Clamp On Ultrasonic Flowmeter ensures easy installation without the need to cut off the pipe or interrupt water flow, making it suitable for long-term online measurements. It can accurately measure a wide range of liquid flows with the sensor clamped onto the pipe.
Insertion Type: Requiring only two installation holes on the pipe, insertion type sensors are easy to install. The hole-making tool facilitates a no-stop-flow installation. These sensors come in direct contact with the fluid, ensuring stable and reliable measurements.
Inline Pipe Type: For DN15-32mm pipes, the π shape inline pipe sensor is utilized, while DN40 and above use standard inline pipe sensors. Inline sensors offer advantages such as a low starting flow rate, high measurement accuracy, and no pressure loss, making them suitable for various applications.
