Introduction


Electromagnetic flow meter can realize local indication and output electrical current signal of 4-20mA which can be used to record, adjust and control. Electromagnetic flow meters are widely used in industrial sectors such as chemical industry, environmental protection, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, paper making, water supply and removal etc.
Besides measuring flow of general conductive liquid electromagnetic flow meter can measure flow of liquid-solid mixed fluid, high-viscosity fluid and salt, strong acid and strong alkali.

Features

Alarm output

 Two outputs from the collectors of photoelectric isolate transistors are for alarm signals .The external voltage must be lower than 35V and the max output current is 250Ma when the transistor is turned on.Alarm status:Activates when the measured pipes are empty ,the excitation circuits are broken or the volume of flow rate exceeds the value designed limits.

Pulse output

 For pulse output in forward and reverse flow measurement ,upper frequency of pulse output can be up to 5000 CP/S relevant value of pulse is from 0.0001 to 1.0 M3/P .The width of pulse can be set to 20ms or squired wave from automatically.The collector of transistor with photoelectric is open circuited.The external voltage must be lower than 35 V and maximum output current is 250Ma when the transistor is turned on .
Accuracy ±0.5% of the value displayed ,±0.3% or ±0.2% are selectable.
Damping time constant Continuous variable from 0-100 s (90%)can be selected by group
Communication RS232 ,RS485 or HART Communication are selectable ,with lighting resistance
Power failure An anti-failure clock is designed in the flow meter which can save the power failure records for 16 times (10 years)

316L Used for industrial water, water, sewage, weak corrosive medium, it is widely used in petroleum, chemical, urea, vinylon and other industries.
Stainless steel with Tungsten carbide Used for the medium of no corrosion and strong up to wear and tear.
Hartz alloy B(HB) It has good corrosion resistance of Below boiling point for all the concentration of hydrochloric acid, also resistant to corrosion of sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, organic acids and other non oxidizing acid, alkali, oxidation of salt solution
Hartz alloy C(HC) Resist corrosion of Oxidizing acid ,such as nitric acid and mixed acid or a combination of chromic acid and sulfuric acid medium. also resist corrosion of Oxidizing salt as Fe++ +, Cu++ or contain other oxidants, Such as corrosion of a higher than normal temperature hypochlorite solution, sea water.
(Ti) Resist corrosion of Sea water, all kinds of chloride and hypochlorite, oxidizing acid (including fuming nitric acid), organic acid, alkali, not resist corrosion of a pure resistance reducing acid such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid. But if acid contains antioxidants (such as nitric acid, Fe++ +, Cu++), the corrosion is greatly reduced.
(Ta) With excellent corrosion resistance, it is similar with glass, except hydrofluoric acid, fuming sulfuric acid, alkali, almost resist to corrosion of all the chemical can medium (including hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and aqua regia).
Platinum - iridium alloy Almost Apply to all chemicals, but not apply to aqua regia and ammonium salt.
