Description

KVS100 Series Vibrating Fork Liquid / Solid Level Switch

Introduction
KVS100 series is a compact vibrating fork liquid level switch. It can be applied to the level measurement of vessels and storage tanks under difficult conditions. It is not only suitable to use in foams, air bubbles, viscous liquid and conditions with complex vibrating interference, but also particularly suitable to be installed in small containers and tanks with constricted mounting space. The design principles are also based on detecting the change of the vibration frequency when fork body is immersed in medium.
Principle
The KVS100 series vibration fork type/level switch uses a piezoelectric component to generate a vibration wave. When the measured medium contacts the fork body,the frequency of the amplitude of the tuning fork is changed, and the change isdetected by the intelligent control circuit and converted into a corresponding output signal. Such as: (Realy.NPN.PNP)
