Product Description:

KS3ARGA1 series three-axis universal angular rate gyro is developed by Kacise, which is used to measure the three-axis angular rate sensor. Each of the three axis angular rate gyro uses MEMS technology chip, with high performance, low cost, high reliability and high package ruggedness, and has Self-Test function.
Operating principle:
KS3ARGA1 series three-axis universal angular rate gyro works according to the principle of resonator gyro. Two polysilicon sensitive structures, each containing a high-frequency vibrating frame, which is driven electrostatically and resonates, form the necessary speed elements. The two outer ends of the frame form a capacitance-sensitive structure that is sensitive to the Coriolis motion generated at the angular rate and generates an electrical signal, which is transmitted to the amplifying stage and the modulating stage, thus output an electrical signal proportional to the angular rate.
