1. Product Description

The vibration isolator of steel wire rope is made of a multi-strand stainless steel wire rope which is wound around the upper and lower two splints and then fixed. Its stiffness and damping depend on the diameter, number of strands, number of loops and winding mode and size of the wire rope.

Damping vibration system of wire rope is made up of vibration isolator when load function due to relative motion between multi-strand wire and friction, when the vibration and impact range is large enough, the vibration isolator occurs in friction between wire rope each stock, and with the steel wire rope movement in the opposite direction, to consume large amounts of energy, damping vibration and impact strength.When the vibration amplitude is small, the wire rope twist together due to friction, do not produce the relative sliding, which showed a good linear elastic, maintain the stability of the system, so the steel wire rope vibration isolator adapted to the working condition of vibration and shock situation was complex and changeable, the particularly strong adaptive capacity, can effectively avoid the strong resonance and shock, which have the effect of vibration isolation buffer.

2. Materials & Finishes Products

Wire rope cable, we have adopted the international standard 304 stainless steel, plywood material, there are three ordinary steel, 304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy 6061-T6 material. All surfaces are made of plywood surface treatment to ensure that meet the relevant industry standards and military standard requirements. Can choose to have surface hot galvanizing wire rope or surface coating material such as nylon, can effectively increase the performance of the product in harsh environments.
