Product Introduction
Fluorescence dissolved oxygen meter KFDO500 is based on the quenching principle of active fluorescence by specific substances in physics.
The modulated green light hits the fluorescent material for a period of time to excite and emit red light. Because oxygen molecules can take away energy (quenching effect),
Therefore, the time and intensity of red light is inversely proportional to the concentration of oxygen molecules.
We used a red light source synchronized with the green light as a reference,
Measure the direct phase difference between the excited red light and the reference light, and compare it with the internal calibration value,
So as to calculate the concentration of oxygen molecules, and output the final value after temperature compensation.

Electrode installation
Electrodes are very delicate components and must be installed correctly. The wrong installation can result in damage to the electrodes or irreversible damage.The electrode is installed in pipeline.Immersion. Both French and French installations are available.
Do not put the electrode directly into the water. Instead, select the electrode mounting bracket or the flow cup for fixation.Before installation, please make sure to use the raw material belt (3/4 thread) to do waterproof sealing work, to avoid water entering into the electrode and causing short circuit of the electrode cable.
During water outage, make sure that the electrode is immersed in the tested liquid or wear the protective cap with the protective liquid inside. If the temperature is low and the water is stopped for a long time in winter, add antifreeze device or take back the room to add water and store.Otherwise, the service life will be shortened.
