Hot Sell Good Quality Water Treatment Online Dissolved Oxygen Electrode Sensor DO Meter Probe
Description
Ammonia nitrogen, a prevalent contaminant in industrial, agricultural, and domestic wastewater, contributes to the depletion of dissolved oxygen in water, leading to eutrophication.
The ammonia nitrogen sensor offered by Kacise is an online device specifically designed to detect the concentration of ammonia nitrogen (NH4+-N) in water. Applicable to various water bodies such as lakes, streams, groundwater, and wastewater, the sensor utilizes the electrode method for ammonia nitrogen measurement, with the NH4+ electrode being the primary sensing element, targeting ammonia ions (NH4+).
Kacise's online ammonia nitrogen sensor stands out as a reagent-free, environmentally friendly solution for real-time monitoring. It integrates ammonium, potassium (optional), pH, and reference electrodes, automatically compensating for potassium (optional), pH, and temperature variations in water. The sensor is easy to install directly, offering a more economical and convenient alternative to traditional ammonia nitrogen analyzers. Notably, the sensor features a self-cleaning brush mechanism that prevents microbial adhesion, leading to longer maintenance intervals and enhanced reliability. Additionally, the sensor adopts RS485 output and supports Modbus for seamless integration into monitoring systems.

Maintenance Methods
Sensor maintenance
1) Sensor outer surface: Clean the outer surface of the sensor with tap water. If there is still debris, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth.
2) Check the cable of the sensor: the cable should not be tightened during normal operation, otherwise the cable inside the cable will be broken, causing the sensor to not work properly.
3) Sensor storage: When the sensor is not in use, the black plastic cap should be fastened to check whether the sponge inside is wet. If it is not wet enough, please add 3mol/L potassium chloride solution and let the electrode be placed with potassium chloride. Preserved in the solution.
The Matters Needing Attention
The probe contains sensitive optical and electronic components. Make sure the probe is not subject to severe mechanical shock. Damage to the sensor due to impact or man-made will not be covered by the warranty. The sensor inlet water is not covered by the replacement of the pH electrode.
