Application

Feature

1. Without movable parts and adopt simple structure, it is very easy to install and maintain the product.
2. Sensor output is with pulse signal, there is a linear relation between frequency of the signal and actual flow rate of the medium. The product is with stable performance and no zero drifting, offering pipe and insertion sensor type options.
3. Wide measurement range, the highest range ratio could reach to 20:1
4. Low pressure loss and consumption.
5. Measure components will not contact with medium, which helped the product to maintain stable performance and long service life.
6. Assemble with anti-interference circuit and anti-vibration sensors, which could ensure anti-vibration performance of the product

Introduction

Vortex flowmeter is based on the principle of Karman vortex research and production, mainly for industrial pipe flow measurement fluid medium, such as a gas, liquid,steam and other media. It features a small pressure loss, large measuring range, high accuracy in the measurement of actual volume flow is hardly affected by fluid density, pressure, temperature, viscosity and other parameters. No moving mechanical parts, so high reliability and low maintenance. Instrument parameters can be long-term stability.
Vortex flowmeter piezoelectric stress sensors, high reliability, can work within the operating temperature range of -20 ℃ ~ + 250 ℃ for.
Standard analog signals, digital pulse signal output, easily with computers and other digital systems supporting the use of a more advanced and ideal measuring instruments.
