Principle

The capacitive level switch uses the probe (induction pole) and the barrel wall (grounding electrode) of the switch as the two plates of the capacitor. When the object to be tested is stacked and is in contact with the electrode, the electrode and the metal tank wall or the ground electrode are The capacitance between the two increases. When the stacking height of the measured object drops, it no longer contacts the electrode, the capacitance decreases, the contact signal returns to the initial state, and the unique analysis processing unit of the level switch detects the magnitude of this change. When a change value reaches the set value of the switch, the switch signal output is used for control, thereby reflecting the level of the interface or material interface under test.

Steel cable type: (KCS160): suitable for large tanks

Flat plate type (KCS180): suitable for bulk material or bottom of a large tank

Antistatic type (KCS190): It can prevent the internal circuit board from being damaged by high voltage static electricity generated by high-pressure material transportation. Also can be used in applications with low conductive medium.
