The KSS574 is a gas sensor based on the principle of NDIR infrared absorption, suitable for testing methane gas concentrations in industrial applications.
KSS574 adopts a patented optical cavity, imported light source and dual-channel detector to realize the reference compensation of dual optical paths in space. KSS574 has good selectivity, no oxygen dependence and long life.
KSS574 has a UART output mode, provides zero point calibration, sensitivity calibration and clean air calibration commands, and provides customers with a manually calibrated MCDL pin, which is convenient for customers to use outdoor free flow clean air to perform relative zero calibration of the sensor module.
The KSS574 adopts diffusion ventilation method and has a response time of less than 30 seconds. KSS574 is suitable for petrochemical power and other applications.
The KSS574 is available in a variety of packages that can be customized according to customer needs. There are three common packages: package one, package two (six pins 4-20mA), package three (seven pins 485 interfaces), of which package two and package three are the same size.

The sensor mounting thread dimensions refer to the block diagram.
The sensor should be calibrated regularly, it is recommended that it should not be more than 3 months;
Do not use the sensor for a long time in an environment with high dust density;
Please use the sensor within the range of the sensor's power supply.
