KSS532 Infrared SF6 Purity Sensor
KSS532 is a gas sensor module using NDIR infrared absorption detection principle, which determines the concentration according to the absorption of SF6 gas at 10.6um. KSS532 adopts MEMS light source, optical cavity with special structure and dual-channel detector to realize space dual optical path reference compensation, and microprocessor for signal acquisition, processing and output. KSS532 has good selectivity, high sensitivity, no oxygen dependence, long life, low power consumption; Built-in temperature sensor for temperature compensation; At the same time, it has UART and 485 output, which is convenient for customers to apply various applications.
