Performance
Stiffness (Kv or Ks):
Wire rope isolators exhibit non-linear stiffness behavior. Small deflections, usually associated with vibration isolation, will have a different spring rate than larger shock deflections. We publishes typical vibration stiffness values (Kv), and average shock stiffness values (Ks) within the catalog. These values can be used with the provided equations listed on Page 6 to predict system performance. The stiffness values listed in the catalog are for full-loop versions. For reduced loop versions, ratio the stiffness by dividing the number of desired loops by the number of full loops.
Wire rope is nonlinear vibration isolator's stiffness. Shape variable under the condition ofsmall and large, the vast differences in the stiffness hardness.

Wire rope isolators are multi-axis isolators. The diagram below includes load axis definitions and deflection considerations.
Damping: Typically 5-15%, depending on size and input level. For specific damping considerations, please consult Kacise.

Installation
We offer a full range of installations, including, the hole is installed, countersunk head screw to install, thread installation, the choices of upper and lower splints and mounting holes can be flexible configuration. We provide two order standard inch and metric, meet the domestic and foreign equipment, import and export of equipment requirements. Steel wire rope laps, customers can according to our product specification in accordance with the number of turns of wire rope product selection and booking. The least number of turns is 2 laps, the most commonly used is 12 laps, can also be customized according to customer's request.
