Modbus RS485 Communication Ultrasonic Flow Meter for Water or Other Liquid Medium

Introduction

The KUF100 ultrasonic flow meter works based on the time difference method. It transmits and receives ultrasonic signals in the fluid, and uses the difference in ultrasonic propagation time in the downstream and upstream directions to calculate the flow rate, thereby further obtaining the flow value. The advantage of this method is that it can accurately measure liquids containing suspended particles or bubbles and is not affected by the fluid conductivity.

Feature

  • Simple installation and convenient operation. There is no need to break the pipe or stop for a long time for construction, and the installation can be easily completed within a few minutes.
  • It adopts a new clamp-on design without touching the measuring medium. It can avoid pressure loss and medium pollution caused by traditional flowmeters.

  • A set of machines can be used for all diameters within the measuring range, and is suitable for various metal pipes and resin pipes.
