The KQT-CO carbon monoxide gas detection sensor is a constant-potential electrolysis type sensor. Carbon monoxide and oxygen respectively undergo corresponding oxidation-reduction reactions on the working electrode and the counter electrode, releasing charges to form an electric current. The magnitude of the generated current is proportional to the concentration of carbon monoxide, and the concentration of carbon monoxide can be determined by measuring the magnitude of the current.
