KTG122 Hydrogen-in-Oxygen Analyzer for Hydrogen and Oxygen Production from Water Electrolysis
Introduction
It serves as an online detection analyzer for the hydrogen content in both explosion - proof and non - explosion - proof scenarios during industrial production processes such as hydrogen and oxygen production from water electrolysis, fertilizer production, petrochemical industry, air separation, and biological fermentation.
Basic Principle
This instrument uses a three - electrode electrochemical sensor. The sensor consists of a working electrode, a reference electrode, and an auxiliary electrode, forming two circuits. One circuit is for the reaction process of the electrodes, and the other is an electronic circuit that transmits the current formed by electrons. The magnitude of this current represents the hydrogen content in the gas.
