JH-300 PTFE micropower is a low-molecular-weight micron-sized PTFE white powder prepared by a special method, with a molecular weight of 10,000-30,000 and a primary particle size of only 250-300nm. It maintains the excellent characteristics of PTFE, also has many unique properties, such as high crystallinity, good dispersion, easy to mix and add, so it is widely used in the blending modification of polymer materials. JH-300 can be used between -190℃ to 300℃.

Adding this product to the paint can improve the viscosity and lubricity, and improve the anti-scratch and friction resistance properties.

Adding this product to the ink can increase the anti-adhesion and hydrophobicity, and increase the anti-friction and anti-scratch properties of the ink after molding.

Adding this product to lubricating grease can significantly improve the quality of the oil, increase the anti-wear and anti-friction performance and bearing capacity, enhance the aging performance and high-temperature performance and promote the formation of friction polymerization of the lubricating grease membrane. The lubricating grease added with JH-300 can play a role in lubricating protection when the oil film is damaged under low speed, high temperature, corrosive environment, and high load conditions.

JH-300 is usually used as a processing aid, and can also be used alone as a lubricant. But it cannot be used to replace high molecular weight PTFE resin for extrusion or compression molding.

Main Application

JH-300 is mainly used in paints, coatings, printing inks, lubricating greases and other fields to improve the friction resistance, surface smoothness and non-stickiness of products. The amount of JH-300 added is generally between 0.5 and 3% (weight ratio).

Dosage and usage

Usually, it can be added through sand mill, ball mill, three-roll grinding machine or high-shear dispersion equipment, and high-speed stirring at 1600 rpm. At the same time, when adding micro powder, it should be added several times in small amounts to make the micro powder fully wet.
