The material of the Collapsible Plastic Boxes

The Collapsible Plastic Boxes are made from fluted/corrugated plastic sheets which are extruded from HDPP (high-density polypropylene) resin. The sheet has a similar corrugated structure as the paper cardboard, except that the flutes are rectangular as the pictures below. Due to this hollow construction, the sheets have a unique feature of light-weight.

Unlike the paper cardboard which loses its rigidity when absorbing the water, the corrugated plastic sheets are water and moist repellant which allow the boxes can be directly put into refrigerated storage houses, and cannot be worry about the condensate water.
