Introduction of corrugated polypropylene sheet

Our Plastic Boxes are made from fluted /corrugated polypropylene sheets which are extruded from HDPP ( high density polypropylene) resin. The sheet has a similar corrugated structure as the paper cardboard, except that the flutes are rectangular as the pictures below. Due to this hollow construction, the sheet has a unique feature of light-weight.

Unlike the paper cardboard which lose its rigidity when absorbing the water , the corrugated polypropylene sheets are water and moist repellant which allow the boxes can be directly put into refrigerated storage house, and cannot be worry about the condensate water. The boxes also can be washed with water to re-use for many times.

Connection of the corrugated plastic boxes

Normally, the seams of the corrugated plastic boxes are connected with metal rivets or ultrasonic welding. The metal rivet is firmer than ultrasonic welding, but the ultrasonic welding can avoid the contamination of the rust of metal rivets. The plastic vegetable boxes use the ultrasonic welding connection.
