1. Introduction

▪ This machine adopts multi-groove belt transmission structure, low noise, stable operation, and simple maintenance;

B. Components:

It is divided into seven modules: a feeder section, an alignment section, a pre-fold section, a hook section, a folding forming section, a press section, and a conveyor section.

• Feeder Section

▪ The paper feeding part has an independent motor drive system, and the paper feeding mode is synchronized with the host;

▪ Seven 30mm thick paper feeding belts; 10mm metal plates are adjusted horizontally to set the width;

▪ The embossing power guide wheel guides the paper output belt; the left and right sides are equipped with baffles to adjust left and right according to product style;

▪ Equipped with three paper ejection knives for the paper section to adjust the asymmetric length according to the actual sample;

▪ The vibration device cooperates with the motor to feed paper accurately and quickly, continuously, and automatically;

▪ The paper feeding section can stack paper with a height of 400MM, equipped with a dust removal device with a wool wheel to ensure smooth paper feeding;

▪The operator can control the paper feed switch in any operating area;

• Alignment Section

▪ The cardboard sent by the paper feeding part can be corrected by the correction part to ensure the conveying accuracy.

▪ The upper drive pressure can be adjusted up and down to adapt to different cardboard thicknesses

• Pre-fold Section:

▪ Special design can pre-fold the first fold line 180 degrees and the third fold line 165 degrees. Make it easier to open the box;

• Hook Section

▪ Equipped with hook bottom combination, adjustment mechanism, ideal and flexible design, quick and easy operation.

▪ The segmented upper belt plate, combined with a special design, can be adjusted for expansion and contraction according to the needs of the product, without the need to tension the belt.

▪ The lower glue cylinder is equipped with one on each side, the capacity is large, and it is selected according to the actual situation; the glue volume of the glue cylinder is adjustable, stable and easy to maintain; the thickness of the glue wheel provided is 4mm, and it can also be selected according to the special requirements of the customer; the glue cylinder is strong, Durable stainless-steel material;

▪ The bottom glue is completed by four sets of hook bottom devices.

▪The bottom belt is 30MM, the upper belt is 20MM, and the upper pressure belt plate can move up and down to adapt to different cardboard thicknesses.

• Folding Forming Section

▪ The second fold line is 180 degrees, and the fourth fold line is 180 degrees.

▪ Special design the speed of the left and right conveying belt of the folding section can be adjusted individually to correct the traveling direction of the box blank to ensure straight conveying.

• Press Section

▪ Use photoelectric counter to automatically pick up paper and water spray dual-purpose system.

▪ Paper jam detection device.

▪ The adjustment of the upper and lower belts is simple and easy to operate.

• Conveyor Section:

▪ The left and right two-plate mobile stack press belts can be adjusted on-line according to the stacking requirements of the product to improve production efficiency.

▪ A special extra sponge belt is used to press the concave part of the stack of boxes.

▪ Pneumatic pressure adjustment, easy to adjust, can effectively ensure the uniform pressure of the fit.
