1. The flywheel is designed to handle the demands of high-torque engines, ensuring reliable power transfer and engagement with the clutch assembly. Cast iron flywheels have a high resistance to wear and can withstand the friction and heat generated during clutch engagement and disengagement.
2. Our company uses fully automatic CNC machine tools, machining centers, and dynamic balancing equipment in the processing process to ensure that the processing accuracy of the product is better, and it can reach the dimensional accuracy of the original car factory, so that the sound of the product is smaller and more stable when it is used. .
3. The inspection adopts 3-D Measuring/Metallurgical Micro-test/Hardness test/Tension test and other equipment to ensure that there will be no defective products in the factory.
4. Cast iron flywheels are compatible with a wide range of engine and transmission configurations, ensuring proper fitment and functionality. Their weight and design contribute to the overall weight distribution of the vehicle, enhancing stability and traction.
Principle
When starting a car, the gear on the starter motor meshes with the ring gear on the starter flywheel and drives the flywheel to rotate. Since the flywheel is installed on the engine shaft, it drives the engine to rotate and start the car.
