FM200 fast discharge ≤10s high pressure gas fire extinguishing system

Product description

Heptafluoropropane HFC-227ea (also known as FM200, chemical molecular formula: CF3CHFCF3) is a colorless, odorless, non-corrosive, low toxic, non-conductive, high fire extinguishing efficiency gas, clean and pollution-free, and has no destructive effect on the atmospheric ozone layer (ozone depletion potential ODP is zero). At present, heptafluoropropane is considered as an ideal gas fire extinguishing system to replace alkylogen 1211 and 1301 fire extinguishing systems,It has been widely used in the world.

Startup mode

The pipe network type HFC-227ea fire extinguishing system has three startup modes, namely automatic startup, electrical manual and mechanical emergency manual.

The gas fire extinguishing alarm controller is generally equipped with two different types of fire detectors. The control host has "automatic" and "manual" conversion functions (the conversion switch can also be set separately outside the protection zone). When it is placed in the "automatic" position, the fire extinguishing system is in automatic state.

When only one detector sends a fire signal, the control host starts the indoor sound and light alarm to notify the fire, but does not start the fire extinguishing device.

When two detectors send a fire signal, the control host starts the indoor and outdoor sound and light alarms, closes the opening of the protection zone in linkage, enters the fire extinguishing start delay, and automatically starts the fire extinguishing device after reaching the set delay time, issues a fire extinguishing command, opens the solenoid valve to release the gas cylinder gas, and the gas cylinder gas opens the fire extinguishing agent container valve through the start pipeline to release the fire extinguishing agent and implement fire extinguishing.

If it is found that the fire extinguishing device does not need to be started during the spraying delay process, the "emergency stop" button outside the protection zone or on the controller can be pressed to terminate the fire extinguishing command, which is valid within the set delay time.

The automatic start delay time of the system can be continuously adjusted in the range of 0~30s. When it is adjustable in stages, the interval between each stage should not be greater than 10s, and the delay time setting error should not be greater than 20% of the set time.
