3. Startup method
The pipe network type HFC-227ea fire extinguishing system has three startup methods, namely automatic startup, electrical manual and mechanical emergency manual.
(I) Automatic startup state
The gas fire extinguishing alarm controller is generally equipped with two different types of fire detectors. The control host has "automatic" and "manual" conversion functions (the conversion switch can also be set separately outside the protection zone). When it is placed in the "automatic" position, the fire extinguishing system is in automatic state.
When only one detector sends a fire signal, the control host starts the indoor sound and light alarm to notify the fire, but does not start the fire extinguishing device.
When two detectors send a fire signal, the control host starts the indoor and outdoor sound and light alarms, closes the opening of the protection zone, and enters the fire extinguishing startup delay. After the set delay time is reached, the fire extinguishing device is automatically started, a fire extinguishing command is issued, and the solenoid valve is opened to release the gas cylinder gas. The gas cylinder gas opens the fire extinguishing agent container valve through the startup pipeline to release the fire extinguishing agent and implement fire extinguishing.
If it is found that the fire extinguishing device does not need to be started during the spraying delay process, the "Emergency Stop" button outside the protection area or on the controller can be pressed to terminate the fire extinguishing command, which is valid within the set delay time.
The automatic start delay time of the system can be continuously adjusted within the range of 0~30s. When the adjustable level is divided into levels, the interval of each level should not be greater than 10s, and the delay time setting error should not be greater than 20% of the set time.
