Description

80L 15MPa automatic fire alarm system IG541 safe and pollution-free

Working principle of IG541 fire system:

When any detector in the protection area alarms, the fire alarm signal is transmitted to the fire alarm controller, the sound and light alarm in the protection area room is activated, and all personnel in the protection area should evacuate immediately.

When two detectors in a protection area alarm at the same time, the sound and light alarm outside the protection area is activated, and the fire alarm controller sends a linkage signal to link the fan fire damper, air conditioner and other equipment; the fire alarm controller automatically delays for 30 seconds according to the pre-set time through the gas fire extinguishing controller.

When the delay time is over, the gas fire extinguishing controller sends a signal to release the IG541 mixed gas, starts the solenoid valve on the Shanghai IG541 mixed gas fire extinguishing cylinder to open the selection valve of the corresponding protection area through ammonia, and then opens the container valve on the IG541 gas cylinder to release the IG541 mixed gas to extinguish the fire. After the gas fire extinguishing controller receives the gas release signal fed back by the pressure switch on the main pipeline, it lights up the gas spray indicator light to warn people outside the protection area not to enter the protection area. The IG541 mixed gas will completely flood the entire protection area within the specified time.

During the entire IG541 mixed gas fire extinguishing process, the gas fire extinguishing controller transmits the control panel fault signal and gas release signal to the fire alarm controller.

The IG541 fire extinguishing system has three modes for users to choose: automatic fire extinguishing, emergency electrical manual fire extinguishing, and on-site mechanical fire extinguishing.
