Introduction to IG541 gas fire extinguishing equipment

IG541 gas fire extinguishing equipment consists of a bottle rack, a fire extinguishing agent bottle group, a high-pressure hose, a one-way valve (fire extinguishing agent pipeline), a manifold, a safety release device, a selection valve, a signal feedback device, a fire extinguishing agent delivery pipeline, a pressure reducing device, a nozzle, a driving gas bottle group, an electromagnetic driving device, a driving gas pipeline and a one-way valve (driving gas pipeline). It is an intelligent automatic fire extinguishing equipment. According to the use requirements of different application sites, it can be composed of a unit independent system and a combined distribution system, and adopts a full flooding fire extinguishing method to achieve fire extinguishing protection for single protection areas and multiple protection areas. It has advanced technology, high fire extinguishing efficiency and convenient maintenance. The system has three starting modes: automatic, manual and mechanical emergency operation.

System composition The IG541 gas fire extinguishing equipment provided by our company adopts total flooding fire extinguishing method, which can usually be divided into the following two forms:

(1) Unit independent IG541 fire extinguishing system (Figure 1): A set of IG541 fire extinguishing agent storage device corresponds to a set of pipe network system to protect a protected area.

(2) Combined distribution type IG541 fire extinguishing system (Figure 2): A common IG541 fire extinguishing agent storage device corresponds to several pipe network systems to protect multiple protection zones.
