Working principle of independent unit system
The working principle of this system is relatively simple. Only when the fire occurs, the alarm control panel will issue a command. After a delay, the solenoid valve will be opened to release the nitrogen in the driving gas bottle group. The starting gas passes through the starting pipeline to open the power-driven bottle group to work, and the gas in the power-driven bottle group pushes the fire extinguishing agent in the fire extinguishing agent storage bottle. The fire extinguishing agent enters the manifold, the delivery pipeline, and the nozzle to spray the fire extinguishing agent to the protected area through the connecting hose and the liquid flow check valve to extinguish the fire.
Working principle of multi-unit combined distribution system
This system is a distribution combination formed by parallel starting bottles, gas line check valves, selection valves, and starting pipelines to achieve control and gas supply. It is suitable for multi-unit protection of more than two protected areas. Its characteristics are that each protected area has its own driving gas bottle group and selection valve, while the bottle group for storing fire extinguishing agent is shared. The number of gas storage bottles is set according to the needs of the largest protected area, rather than the superposition of the number required by all protected areas. This combination method is designed based on the extremely low probability of fires occurring in several protected areas at the same time. This design reduces the one-time investment for multi-zone protection.
When a fire occurs in one of the protection zones, the alarm control panel matched with the system will convert the alarm signal of the zone into the start-up instruction (DC24V1.5A) of the driving gas bottle group belonging to the zone according to the program. After the driving gas bottle group is started, the starting gas will first open the selection valve of the zone along the starting pipeline, and then pass through the selection valve, gas one-way valve, and open the required number of fire extinguishing agent bottles. The fire extinguishing agent is transported to the fire protection zone through the manifold and the opened selection valve. This action is completed by the gas one-way valve added to the starting pipeline and the selection valve on the delivery pipeline. The gas one-way valve limits the flow of the starting gas to the fire extinguishing agent storage bottles outside the setting and the selection valve of the non-fire zone. It can only open the set number of fire extinguishing agent storage bottles and flow to the set protection zone, thus completing the allocation combination of protecting multiple zones with the maximum number of bottles set in the protection zone.
