Brief introduction of IG100 gas fire extinguishing agent
IG100 gas fire extinguishing agent is recognized as a "green" environmental protection gas fire extinguishing agent which can replace halon fire extinguishing agent in the world, and has been widely used in the world. It is composed of nitrogen medium (see the table below for its composition and quality requirements), and its ozone depletion potential value ODP=0 (no damage to the atmospheric ozone layer) and greenhouse effect value DWG=0 (no greenhouse effect). It is colorless, odorless, non-polluting, non-corrosive and has good insulation performance. After the fire extinguishing agent is sprayed into the protected area, the oxygen concentration decreases and the carbon dioxide concentration in the protected area increases. The moderate increase of carbon dioxide concentration can accelerate people's breathing frequency, improve their oxygen absorption function, and maintain their oxygen absorption needs to some extent. IG100 fire extinguishing agent is stored and sprayed in gaseous form. When it is released to the high-temperature protection zone where a fire occurs, it will not decompose, produce toxic decomposition products, form dense fog or cause unclear vision, so as to ensure that people can clearly see the emergency exit when they escape. Therefore, IG100 gas fire extinguishing agent is non-toxic and harmless to human body, and it is a safe and environment-friendly gas fire extinguishing agent, which is suitable for places where people often work.

Fire extinguishing principle of IG100 fire extinguishing agent
As we all know, a substance needs to have three elements to maintain combustion: ① it should be combustible, ② it needs an accelerant (oxygen), and ③ it needs to reach a certain temperature. Usually, the oxygen concentration in the protection zone is about 21%. If the oxygen concentration in the protection zone is reduced and the oxygen content in the air is reduced, the reduction of oxygen content in combustible materials can reduce the heat generation rate during combustion, and when the heat generation rate is reduced below the heat loss rate, the combustion will stop. Experiments show that when the oxygen concentration in the environment drops below 12.5%, most combustible materials will stop burning. When a fire occurs, IG100 gas can be sprayed into the protection zone, so that the oxygen in it can be reduced to below 12.5%, and the combustion products can be stopped, thus putting out the fire.

2. System composition The IG100 gas fire extinguishing equipment provided by our company adopts total flooding fire extinguishing method, which can usually be divided into the following two forms:
(1) Unit independent IG100 fire extinguishing system (Figure 1): A set of IG100 fire extinguishing agent storage device corresponds to a set of pipe network system to protect a protected area.
