1. Maintenance of HFC-227ea fire extinguishing device
(i) The user unit shall establish and improve the system maintenance management system and strictly implement it;
(ii) The user, maintenance and maintenance personnel shall undergo special training, master the basic structure of the HFC-227ea gas fire extinguishing system and the working principle and operation methods of its components, and be able to operate the fire extinguishing system skillfully and conduct regular drills;
(iii) Before the HFC-227ea gas fire extinguishing system sprays the fire extinguishing agent, all personnel must evacuate the fire scene within the delay period (adjustable from 0 to 30 seconds). After the fire is extinguished, the fan must be started to discharge the exhaust gas before personnel can enter the scene;
(iv) After the fire extinguishing system is started to release the fire extinguishing agent, the fire construction party shall be notified immediately to conduct a comprehensive inspection and restoration of the HFC-227ea fire extinguishing system, mainly to check and reset the following components, install them correctly, and connect them firmly and reliably before they can continue to be used. Maintenance, inspection and testing must be recorded in detail for future reference; 1. Reset the signal feedback device; 2. Check whether the electromagnetic drive device is intact and restore it; 3. Check whether the pilot valve is intact and restore it; 4. After the reset action, the container valve and the heptafluoropropane device should replace the sealing diaphragm and conduct a sealing test; 5. Fire extinguishing agent bottle group inspection and fire extinguishing agent filling; 6. Check the pipeline connection to ensure that the connection is firm and sealed.
(V) Check the pressure of the system pressure gauge every month to ensure that the system is in normal use;
(VI) Establish a monthly inspection and filing system, conduct simulated spraying tests every year, and keep test records for future reference;
(VII) Check all parts of the device every month. If any fault is found, repair it in time;
(VIII) Organize relevant personnel to conduct practical operation training every quarter (it is best to invite professional technical service units) to increase the reaction speed and practical operation ability of operators;
(IX) System function debugging should be carried out every year, and regular inspection and maintenance should be carried out by the fire construction party or a professional fire company, and at least one overhaul should be carried out every year;
(X) The electromagnetic drive valve of the device should be tested for action every year: remove the electromagnetic drive, use the controller's own control circuit to simulate the action, the electromagnetic drive should start normally, and the electromagnetic rated suction should meet the valve opening capacity before it can continue to be used. If a fault occurs, it should be repaired or replaced in time;
(XI) The fire extinguishing agent container of the device should be tested for strength and sealing performance every three years, and it can only be used after passing the test. At the same time, the strength test and sealing performance test of this container valve should be carried out, and it can only be used after passing the test.
