Daily maintenance of HFC-227ea fire extinguishing device?
The specific use and maintenance methods of HFC-227ea fire extinguishing device are as follows:
1. Trained personnel shall conduct daily appearance and pressure indication value inspection of the entire system to check whether there are any abnormal phenomena in the system.
2. Check all components monthly. All components should be free of collision deformation and other mechanical damage, the surface should be free of rust, the protective coating should be intact, the nameplate should be clear, and the lead seal and safety mark of the manual operation device should be complete; the pressure gauge pointer of each fire extinguishing agent bottle group and driving gas bottle group should be in the green area. If the pressure gauge pointer is found to be in the red warning area, the manufacturer should be contacted immediately to find out the cause of the leakage and replenish or replace it.
3. Weigh and check the fire extinguishing agent storage container once a year. If the weight drops by more than 5%, the storage bottle must be refilled or replaced.
4. Inspect HFC-227ea cylinders every three years, and conduct strength and sealing performance tests on fire extinguishing agent storage containers and container valves every five years. They can continue to be used only after passing the tests.
The following situations in the "Technical Supervision Regulations on Gas Cylinder Safety" require advance inspection:
Article 7.5 stipulates that advance inspection
During use, if the gas cylinder is found to have any of the following situations, it shall be inspected regularly in advance;
(1) Severe corrosion, damage or doubts about its safety and reliability;
(2) The wrapped layer of the wrapped gas cylinder is severely damaged;
(3) The gas cylinder is used after being stored or out of service for more than one inspection cycle; If the gas cylinder is found to have severe corrosion, damage or doubts about its safety and reliability during use, it shall be inspected in advance. Gas cylinders that have been stored and out of service for more than one inspection cycle shall be inspected before being put into use.
After use, the equipment shall be entrusted to the manufacturer or a qualified unit to refill the fire extinguishing agent.
