ADSS Cable G652d Single Mode Multi Mode Double Jacket Cable
Description
The ADSS cable follows a loose tube stranding design with high modulus plastic tubes housing the fibers
filled with a water-resistant compound. These tubes and fillers encase a non-metallic central strength member,
FRP, forming a compact core. This core, once filled, receives a thin PE inner sheath. Over this, aramid yarns
are stranded for added strength before applying the final PE or AT outer sheath.
Application
1 Tailored ADSS cable design reflects the conditions of overhead power lines.
2 PE outer sheath for lines under 110kV; AT outer sheath for 110kV+ lines.
3 Specific aramid quantity and stranding method meet varied span requirements.
4 Customized cable design considers diverse power line needs.
Characteristics
1 Non-disruptive installation, no need for power shutdown.
2 Lightweight, small diameter minimizes load stress on towers and supports.
3 30-year design life ensures long-term reliability.
4 Excellent tensile strength and temperature resilience.
