Polyurethane horizontal automatic continuous foaming production line usually consists of mixer, conveyor, mold, foaming machine, oven, cutting machine and other parts. Its working principle is to add polyurethane foaming agent and other raw materials into the mixer, mix them evenly and then transport them to the inside of the mold through the conveyor, the foaming machine inside the mold will heat and foam the mixture, then transport them to the oven for curing through the conveyor, and finally cut and shape them through the cutting machine.
