TDPB-A Type Regenerative Square Foam Foaming Machine

Two biggest advantages of this machine:

(1) the density of the products produced is stable and unifoam, breaking through the disadvantages of the previous foam machine with too much error in the density of the top and bottom.

(2) You can adjust the width (1100~2000mm) and the height (600~1200mm) according to your actual requirements, which enables you to need ONLY ONE foaming box to produce different foam sizes and helps you save a lot of money.

This machine mainly uses crushed foam, rubber, EVA, EPE and other crushed raw materials with glue before mixing and stirring, pressure, steam molding or natural curing. The products produced can be used in fitness equipment, gymnastic mats, cows mattresses, automobile interiors, shoes, mats, decoration and other industries after cutting and processing, which are widely used and cost-saving.
