Description
The machine is mainly used crushed foam, rubber, EVA, EPE and other crushed raw materials with glue mixing and stirring, then through the mould, pressed by the hydraulic system, produce the reconstituted foam according to the corresponding density required.
The density of the products produced is uniform, breaking through the disadvantages of the previous regenerative foaming machine foaming the upper and lower parts of the density error is too large.The best feature is that multiple sizes can be produced in one tank, no need to change tanks.
The machine contains all the complete line of the stirring mixing tank, hydraulic systems, compression mould, stairs & platforms etc, high production efficiency. Also the mould with the automatic four side steam system, much higher productivity, and the finished product will be high quality.
