Product Description

The body is constructed from full steel plate, offering high weight and great stability. The band knife wheel is made from alloy steel with a hardness exceeding HRC60, making it highly wear-resistant and giving it a service life of over ten years. The knife plate is crafted from high-speed steel, achieving a hardness of HRC60°, with a lifespan of over eight years.

The knife entry feeding device uses advanced technology, allowing for automatic knife feeding, while also supporting manual fine-tuning. The front sponge roller automatically rises without the need for manual operation, providing more precise cutting at the end tail. The band knife wheels move forward automatically as the knife belt wears down, ensuring uniform force on each knife contact surface.
