Product Description

This equipment is used in soft PU products.Fomaing Density Range : 8-70kg/CBM. The ideal Foam products are involved with Furniture,Shoes,Bra and Electricals field,also suitable for Mattresses,Sofa,Package,Cloths and Car industry.User can save over two hundred different of recipes,To adust and change them by user at any time.user can remote control it by internet that reduce production cost scientific and directly.PLC Digital Touch Screen or Electric Control System.----This machine can change the formulation no need stop machine,no need test flow,The degree of resistance to yellow can reach 3~5 international standard,cooperate the customer's request to offer different formular,and training the foaming engineer.

For the process of foaming:


Loading all the raw materials inside the material tank with the loading system--control the temperature of the raw material inside the tank with the chiller--check the flow of all the raw materials before foaming--make some small sample test before foaming (make sure the flow and everthing is correct)--Put the karft paper and the plastic film-- foaming process

Q: How many days for the install and testing of the machine?

A: After all the machine in your factory we will send 1-2 engineer help to install the machine you must send someone to help about 30 days installation will finished. After that one electrician and one foaming engineer will come to connecting the cable and run the machine in 15days. Total 45days the machine can be running.

Q: For the cost of the engineer how much I need to pay?

A: You need to pay USD50 one day for one engineer and also need to pay for the visa fee turn-round ticket fee and food hotel.
